Unique Communication System

We want to share knowledge, experience, and wisdom. We want to grow together.

Our intellectual capital business invests in and strongly supports the development of our people, processes, and systems. Our unique experiences and that of our representatives and bank/credit union clients are evaluated every day to always look for ways to strengthen all aspects of our highly collaborative and flexible partnerships.

We want to share thoughts. We want to have ideas. We want to grow together.

As a small, strong and growing intellectual capital company we build strong relationships with our clients. We do this because our clients are some of the finest people in the financial services industry and we truly enjoy the relationships. We also do this because a high level of communication both ways makes better outcomes today and tomorrow for all involved.

Some of the personalized venues of our communication we provide and coordinate that you’ll benefit from are:
In the beginning of our relationship…

  • We’ll visit your bank/credit union and meet with the Board of Directors to discuss the program, potential costs, and timeline; answer any other questions; and sign the Third Party Marketing agreement to start the process.
  • Recruiting and Interviewing: We’ll work together to find the right candidate. We’ll ask for a short list of employees and colleagues to interview. When we find a finalist, we’ll have this person put together business and marketing ideas and we’ll coordinate interviews with you and your leadership to see who best fits your ideals and culture. We’ll do an industry background check and get authorization for your bank/credit union to do a credit check of any serious candidate. If unsuccessful with the first group, we’ll expand the search, with us taking the lead and reporting back to you.
  • Once we find the right candidate, we’ll work together to lay out a timeline to get them up and running. This can range from weeks to a few months depending on the level of licensing and experience the candidate had prior to joining our firm.
  • Areas that are addressed in this phase are:
    • Working with you regarding policies, procedures, compliance, etc.
    • Working with your Rep on licensing, training, and procedural questions.

Before your Rep goes live…

  • We invite you and the Rep to come visit our home office and meet our team as well as learn procedures, technology, and compliance.
  • We will visit the office before the live date or possibly shortly after your Rep will be working from to ensure the signage both inside and outside the office is compliant and answer any last-minute questions.
  • During this visit or possibly during a follow up visit, we will make sure the systems are set and everything is running smoothly so your Rep can hit the ground running.

Ongoing…

  •  Rep Meetings-getting together to learn and share ideas.
    • Meetings are educational.
    • Encouraged but not mandatory.
    • We host, coordinate and provide an expert presenter on timely topics.
  • Annual Audits
    • We will do an initial audit and a yearly audit and will provide the Bank/Credit Union President a report.
  • Communication
    • Discussion between your Leadership and MSTC Leadership to discuss progress and share any concerns or ideas.

Our business is about people. How well we serve is directly tied to how proactive and how strongly we communicate. We try to help this process along by making sure we have the right people and the right message.

How can we help you?
