Nina Pilger has been in the financial services industry for most of her
career. She served as President/CEO of 1st Financial Federal Credit
Union (formally Aerospace Community Credit Union) for over 27 years.
Under Nina’s leadership, the credit union grew from $15 million to over $240
million in assets, becoming one of the premier credit unions in the
greater St. Louis market area.
Nina brings that leadership acumen to MSTC to build partnerships with
banks and credit unions in Missouri and surrounding Midwestern states,
creating Investment Services Divisions under the Grow &
Protect with MSTCTM program.
Nina lives in Troy, MO with her two golden retrievers and two
cats. She serves her community as Vice President of the Board of
Directors of Habitat for Humanity St. Charles County and Treasurer of
the Board of Directors for SHARE: Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support, Inc.
Nina was honored as one of the 2009 – 50 over Fifty Community Shapers
Award Recipients.
