Matthew was born and raised in Central Illinois.  His parents are Daniel and Deborah Kuntz of Brimfield.  Matthew attended Elmwood Community High School and then proceeded to Bradley University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, May 2004.  In addition, he again graduated from Bradley University with his MBA, May 2010.  Matthew is passionate about personal and professional growth and attributes much of his success to the relationships he has built over the years and his education at Bradley.

Matthew always enjoyed math, finance, and helping people so starting his career at CEFCU, a local credit union, as an educational co-op was a great training ground for his future.  He went on to become a full time employee of the credit union and left in 2006 to pursue financial services as a registered representative.  After working as a financial advisor, recruiter, and unit director at two firms he came to us with extensive knowledge and the capability to wear many hats inside of our organization.

Matthew is very involved in the community.  He was the President and Student Engagement Chair of the Central Illinois Bradley Alumni Association (CIBAC).  He served a total of six years on the board.  In addition, he also sat on the national alumni board, Bradley University Alumni Association (BUAA), for three years.  He and his wife are members of Grace Presbyterian Church and attend the Foundations class.  Matthew is the Co-President of the class.  They support and volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Decatur County, Indiana each year.

He is an active young man who loves sports.  Matthew enjoys golfing, running, biking, weight lifting, and playing basketball.  His latest venture has been the Indy Mini Marathon and several local races of equal or less distance.  Matthew and his wife, Pam, reside in Germantown Hills.  Pam is an elementary teacher at the Germantown Hills Grade School District #69.  They enjoy their community and taking walks around the several nearby neighborhoods with their puppy, Sophie, a black and white Cockapoo.  In late 2011 their family grew with the addition of their first child, Griffin Michael.  They were very excited for his arrival and feel truly blessed by this new opportunity and challenge as parents. 

They are big basketball and football fans too.  Their teams of choice are the Indianapolis Colts, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and Butler Bulldogs.  They also enjoy traveling and making routine trips to Indiana to see Pam’s family, where she was born and raised.
